Yes, we offer free shipping as a perk over $35. We did not raise our prices to accommodate the free shipping, it is an actual discount for you. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent regular first class or whatever ends up being the least expensive, unless you arrange an upgrade.

Processing time is the time it takes us to make an order and shipping time is how long the mail (USPS usually) takes to get you your order. The processing time for each item is on the listing. These processing times accurately reflect how long your order will take to ship, so if you need it sooner please send us a *message* and we will let you know if we can accommodate you (usually we can).
Please make sure you send a message and not just a note with your order, we won't see that in time. We have several processing and shipping upgrades that we can add on to your order if it is needed :)

Did your order not show up or is taking a really long time to show up? Are you clicking on the tracking and it is "stuck"? Send us a message if you need help and we will look into it. 2020 and so far 2021 there are a lot of delays with USPS so this has been happening more and more, but usually we can figure out the problem!

Did your order come damaged, something is weird, etc? Please please please send me a message ASAP so we can fix it! Take a picture and send it too if applicable, including the packaging if the packaging is damaged. We want you to be so happy with your art/stickers/gifts!
